We are Slider Process, a team based at the Seagate Korat Slider Factory. We are currently seeking a technician with strong capabilities in supporting and well managing cleaning processes. Our team is focused on supporting future product requirements, improving cleanliness standards, and enhancing defect quality performance. Slider Process Seagate Slider Defect
. Track KPIVs/KPOVs, support machine buy-off activities, and respond promptly to any deviations from performance targets. - :
. Execute data queries and perform analysis to support engineering decisions using tools such as Excel PivotTables.
. Collaborate with engineers on investigations and experiments to drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
. Partner closely with cross-functional teams-engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, product, and tooling-to ensure smooth operations.
. Support Kaizen, Lean, and special assignments that help improve overall team and departmental performance.

. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. :
. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
. Strong multitasking abilities and flexibility to adjust priorities when needed.
. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau and SQL, with solid analytical skills.
. Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
