Engineering Specialist IV (Facility Engineering)

About our group:

This position involves overseeing facility store operations, managing inventory, and controlling stock levels by working closely with the Facility Team. Key responsibilities include supervising inventory accuracy, optimizing storage, reconciling stock discrepancies, and maintaining safety standards to ensure efficient facility, equipment, and supply maintenance.

About the role - you will:

• Monitoring, organizing, and recording inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Overseeing day-to-day operations within the facility store, including receiving, storing, and distributing items
• Conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies with the inventory system
• Documentation (SAM/MSA/Surplus)
• Order spare part for all equipment
• Working with the facility team to maintain efficient flow, ordering, and usage of items
• Ensuring the storage area adheres to safety standards, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure Safety and Health regulations on routine jobs and projects

About you:

• Knowledge of electrical equipment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to assess inventory data
• Proficiency in inventory software or, in some cases, barcode/management systems
• Good Leadership and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across functional teams and collaborate effectively
• Computer skills

Your experience includes:

• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or related functions
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse control, or facility management
• Understand cleanroom regulations
• Understand equipment and product quality control
