Engineering Specialist IV (Replication team)

About our group:

Replication team is one of the sections of Maintenance engineering department. Replication team has fully responses to qualify both automation and semi automation equipment to deliver best in class manufacturing system to factory. We co-ordinate between internal Seagate and contract manufacturer in portion quality Seagate's requirements and solve the conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.

About the role - you will:

• Validation and maintaining design standardize machine for building process.
• Working together with suppliers in solutions about build procedure from the ground up to production release.
• Co-analyze quality issues with engineer and feedback to design team.
• Qualified equipment on per-shipment (Supplier site) and post shipment (factory site).
• Initiate Kaizen or improvement idea and consult to supervisor or engineer.

About you:

• Ability to work across multiple team
• Interested in automation technology
• Skilled in SolidWorks, GD&T, Python, and JMP
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• English skill will be advantage
• Diploma and/or equivalent experience
