About our group:

Our organization, Slider Cleanroom Process Engineering, specializes in vacuum technologies including Thin Film Deposition, Ion Beam Etching, and Evaporator systems. We focus on process control, development, and optimization to meet product requirements in quality, delivery, and yield. Our work involves close collaboration with crossfunctional teams such as Engineering (USA/Thailand), Manufacturing, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Planning, and other supporting departments.

About the role - you will:

  • Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results to engineers and managers.
  • Support engineering evaluations and development projects to enhance process quality and reduce cost.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams in planning, investigation, and problemsolving activities within the production line.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to positively contribute to team, department, and company objectives.

About you:

  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines, and working efficiently in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Openminded with a positive attitude.
  • Strong data analytical skills.

Your experience includes:

  • A Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics is required.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new jobrelated software.
  • Understanding process engineering functions.
  • Experience in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing or vacuum technology is preferable.
