Tasks
The
Engineering Support Specialist is responsible for:
- Analyzes technical documentation and data, ensuring accurate transfer into IT systems and configuration records
- Maintains and updates the airworthiness status of the DLH/OCN fleet, monitoring components and ensuring compliance with authority and OEM requirements
- Identifies and resolves incomplete or faulty data, initiating corrective and preventive actions to ensure reliable records
- Coordinates with engineering, maintenance, and key users to align configuration status and support operational needs
- Conducts quality checks against KPIs and drives continuous improvement in configuration management processes
- Participate in other duties as assigned
Requirements

High vocational degree/certificate with technical background in aviation maintenance or engineeringMin. 3 years experience with aircraft systems, maintenance documentation & programsExperience in aviation maintenance or engineering environmentsIn-depth knowledge of aviation technology is an advantageProficiency in maintenance management systems & MS OfficeStrong written and verbal English communication skills requiredUnderstanding of aircraft maintenance processesStrong analytical ability, attention to detail & high responsibilityInitiative, ability to work independently & in multi-site teamsEffective communication & negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure and time constraints CV/Resume required
