English - Thai medical freelance translator

General Qualification

- Thai native speakers who are available full-time or part-time, with a responsible attitude.

- Minimum 5 years of experience translation in any fields for English > Thai language.

- Minimum 2 year of experience translating medical-related contents such as Clinical, Regulatory, Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC), pharmaceutical, life science marketing, life science legal, medical device, e-learning, etc. for English > Thai language.

- Has a good understanding of the subject matter (life science / medical such as pharmaceutical, regulatory, clinical trial, adverse events, etc.)

- Professional bachelor's degree in translation but life-science / medical-related major (A plus).

- Working as a Doctor, Nurses, Pharmacist, Psychologist or those who have been employed in appropriate roles within the healthcare / clinical research industries (A plus).

- Ability to work to deadlines.

- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

- Willing to learn new knowledge such as a specific CAT tools for doing the assigned job(s) and Style Guide.

- Freelance but able to be a good team player with widely open mind.

- Willing to follow the instruction and requirements.
