This is an exciting opportunity to join Apple's Enterprise Sales team as an Account Executive, helping businesses across SEA harness the power of Apple's ecosystem. Ideal for a driven, tech-passionate sales professional with 3–4 years of B2B sales experience who is ready to take their career to the next level — working with one of the world's most iconic brands and building meaningful enterprise relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & KPIS

1. New Business Prospecting & Client Acquisition

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective enterprise accounts across assigned territories and verticals.
  • Build pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and channel partner collaboration.
  • Support the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to proposal and close.

KPIs

— Minimum 4–6 new enterprise accounts acquired per year

— Active pipeline maintained at 2.5x quarterly revenue target

— Minimum 15 qualified outreach activities per month

— Annual revenue quota attainment of 90%

2. Account Management & Relationship Development

  • Build and grow relationships with key decision-makers — IT managers, procurement leads, and department heads.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, present product updates, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth post-sale transition to the implementation team.

KPIs

— Client retention rate of 85% within managed accounts

— Existing account revenue growth of 15% YoY

— Quarterly account reviews conducted for 100% of active accounts

3. Apple Product & Solution Knowledge

  • Develop strong working knowledge of iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Business Manager, and partner MDM solutions.
  • Tailor presentations to client pain points and demonstrate how Apple solutions address enterprise mobility, security, and productivity needs.

KPIs

— Apple product certification(s) completed within first 90 days

— Multi-product deals (2+ categories) in 40% of closed accounts

— Apple Business Manager adoption in 70% of new accounts

4. Channel & Partner Collaboration

  • Work alongside Apple Authorised Resellers and channel partners to co-develop and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in joint account planning sessions and co-sell engagements to maximise market coverage.

KPIs

— Partner-sourced pipeline contribution of 15% of total opportunities

— Minimum 2 joint account plans active with channel partners per quarter

5. Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline entries, and deal progress notes.
  • Provide weekly updates to the sales manager on deal status, pipeline health, and forecast projections.

KPIs

— CRM data completeness at 100% at all times

— Weekly pipeline report submitted on time without exception

— Monthly forecast accuracy of ±15% or better

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, enterprise mobility, or IT solutions.
  • Passion for Apple products and a genuine interest in how technology transforms businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, hit targets, and close deals in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable with IT managers, procurement leads, and business stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and standard sales productivity platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Fluent in English; additional SEA language is a plus.
