Enterprise Account Manager

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you'll:

• Develop and execute strategic account and engagement plans for RUCKUS Networks.
• Build and grow relationships with key enterprise customers, partners, and distributors.
• Forecast revenue, plan projects, and track market trends to drive growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal and channel teams to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Bring

• Proven track record in enterprise networking and wireless technology sales (WiFi, LAN/WAN, switching, routing, or security).
• Strong experience in channel sales with established networks among industry players, end users, and partners.
• Excellent market awareness, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a collaborative, high-performance team.
