Job Title: Enterprise Architect (E2E Solution Architect)
Location: Onsite (Bangkok, Thailand)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect (End-to-End Solution Architect) to lead and govern the overall BSS (Business Support Systems) architecture. This role will serve as the central authority for architectural decisions, ensuring alignment across all systems and domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the end-to-end BSS architecture blueprint
- Establish and enforce design principles and standards
- Develop and maintain the technical roadmap
- Maintain and govern the architecture decision log
- Chair the Architecture Review Board (ARB)
- Provide architectural governance across:
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- OM (Order Management)
- EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
- CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Integration layers
- Ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
- Strong expertise in Telecom BSS systems
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs
- TOGAF certification (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of system integration and architectural governance
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with digital transformation in telecom environments
- Ability to drive cross-functional architectural alignment
