Enterprise Solutions: Oversee the development and integration of enterprise solutions, including hybrid cloud, private cloud and data platform/lake integration.
Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce architecture standards and best practices across the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, platform development, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cloud solutions.
Innovation: Drive innovation in cloud architecture and enterprise solutions to meet the evolving needs of the BFSI sector.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of architects and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
Cloud Architecture: Expertise in multi-cloud design (scalability, security, resilience, cost-efficiency).
Distributed Systems: Strong knowledge of cloud-native and microservices architectures.
Full Project Lifecycle: From inception to operations.
Project & Team Management: Skilled in planning, staffing, and leading teams with a results-driven mindset.
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on with Azure, Huawei Cloud; deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems and CSP integrations.
Enterprise Solutions: Proven experience aligning cloud services with enterprise needs, including DevOps integration.
Agile: Strong experience in agile cloud development.
Background: Worked in both consulting and product companies, including FAANG/hyperscaler environments.
Education: STEM degree preferred; Master&aposs/MBA/PhD a plus. Relevant experience valued over academics.
