Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Our Thailand manufacturing site in Rayong is a key lactic acid production hub, serving food, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets across the region.

We are looking for a strong EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety performance at site level ensuring world-class compliance, process safety excellence, and a proactive safety culture.

Your Impact

As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will:

• Lead the full EHS function across a regulated chemical & food-grade manufacturing environment
• Drive Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOPs, risk mitigation & incident prevention
• Ensure full compliance with Thai legislation and Corbion global standards
• Maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems
• Oversee environmental performance, waste management & sustainability initiatives
• Strengthen emergency response readiness and occupational health programs
• Champion a strong, behavior-based safety culture
• Represent the site in global EHS forums

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of EHS experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Biochemical industries
• 5+ years in an EHS leadership role within a multinational manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise in PSM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HAZOP
• Certified Professional Safety Officer (Thailand) required
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management skills
