Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist.

This is your role. What part will you play

We are seeking a Certified Safety Supervisor to oversee environmental, health and safety practices across all MRT Orange Line Project sites. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, investigating incidents, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, and providing expert guidance to project teams.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

EHS Supervisor – Construction Site Based

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor ongoing operations and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Investigate incidents and complaints to identify potential breaches of EHS regulations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure workers are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and that it is correctly used, including safety goggles, hearing protection, gloves, and suitable protective clothing.
  • Stay up to date with changes in legislation and evolving health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Provide expert HSE guidance to the project team and propose improvements to enhance site safety performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection results, incident investigations, and corrective measures.

Use Your Skills To Move The World Forward.

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, with professional‑level safety certification.
  • Relevant professional experience, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or railway project environments.
  • Be able to work both day and night shifts as required by project demands.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and applicable industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks and implement effective safety control measures.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts during critical construction phases.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to manage documentation and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
