-SHE Audit Specialist (CPF Training Center)
Main Responsibilities
- Provides and support SHE & Environment technical knowledge of EHS to manager and management in development and implementation of CPF Safety, Health, Environment and Energy Standard (CPF SHE&En Standards) in order to successfully manage materiality SHE&En risks
- Monitor, measure and report on compliance with all (CPF SHE&En Standards) applicable to the company's activities.
- To assess, identify SHE&En training needs and develop the training plan for local coordinators, and management in order to fullfil competence needed for successfully (CPF SHE&En Standard) implementation;
- Manage and provide a safe and healthy workplace and make sure that all machinery, equipment and tools meet health, safety and standards and are safe under all conditions of Global and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational health and safety or industrial hygiene or equivalent field of study.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of Safety, Health, Environment or related experience with substantial experience in a manufacturing.
- Excellent knowledge of Local environmental, health & safety laws, regulations and standards.
- Experience Managing Quality and audit processes is a plus.
- Licensed Occupational health and safety of professional level.
- Skilled communicator, SHE Trainer, both oral and written, and able to present effectively at senior levels in the organization.
