Responsibility:
- Ensure compliance with Thai safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections for production areas, machinery, and workplace activities.
- Develop and maintain EHS procedures, SOPs, and safety-related documentation.
- Organize safety training, drills, and EHS awareness programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Support EHS audits and ISO standards (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001) and coordinate with external authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Professional Safety Officer (as required by Thai regulations).
- At least 25 years of experience in EHS or safety roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thai occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 systems or audits is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English for documentation and coordination.
