. Proven track record in a data centre operations, maintenance, or engineering for critical facilities operations
. Dealing with a range of people from junior to senior level including site employees, suppliers and customers
. Knowledge/Skills in operating Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (although training will be provided).
. Able to manipulate and interpret large amounts of data utilizing BI tools, pivot tables etc.
Qualifications and Education
. 3 years experience in a Critical Environment or Data Centre supporting role
. Strong experience in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems like ServiceNow, Maximo, Si7, Tririga, and Archibus etc
. Excellent use of Microsoft Packages such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
. Familiarity of local/national regulatory codes, guidelines, and permit processes.
. Engineering/Technical qualification e.g. Electrical, or Mechanical.
