Job Responsibility
- Support daily operation of PnP Handler systems (EPSON, Matrix) for Non‑GC production lines.
- Perform machine troubleshooting, failure analysis, and recovery during breakdown events.
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities.
- Support machine setup, adjustment, and calibration according to process requirement.
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, process, and external vendors when required.
- Maintain technical documentation, service records, and maintenance history.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Bachelor of Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Experience in supporting PnP Handler or automation equipment (EPSON or similar systems preferred). Knowledge of machine troubleshooting, sensors, motors, pneumatics, and basic control systems.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent production issues.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing environment and production flow.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
