Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) plans, supervise on-site implementation, and lead the execution of preventive maintenance activities.
  • Respond quickly to production equipment abnormalities, conduct root cause analysis after incidents, and drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Manage energy usage in the production workshop and promote energy-saving initiatives across departments.
  • Participate in line modification projects and the development of technical solutions for workshop environments, utilities (water, electricity, and air systems).
  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensure progress, evaluate the performance of newly installed machines, and participate in equipment acceptance processes.
  • Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) improvement activities and perform PLC control system adjustments.
  • Manage workshop spare parts inventory.
  • Manage and oversee special equipment such as overhead cranes, elevators, lifting cages, and pressure vessels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Automation Control, or a related field.
  • Experience in automated equipment maintenance is preferred; strong technical knowledge in electrical and automation systems is required.
  • Good understanding of equipment management processes, fixed asset management procedures, and familiarity with TPM management standards.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in equipment team management.
