Equipment Management Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain automated equipment and automated logistics systems;

2. Optimize automated equipment through technical upgrades;

3. Drive and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher with fluent English proficiency;

2. Troubleshoot complex equipment issues, provide technical support, oversee upgrades and optimizations, and advance spare parts standardization;

3. Develop equipment technical proposals and tender documents; manage bidding processes, project implementation closure, and target achievement;

4. Lead automation technology upgrades, information technology integration, and the adoption of green environmental technologies;

5. Manage equipment personnel, mentor maintenance technicians, and enhance professional competencies.
