Equity Capital Market - Investment Banking

Job Summary:

The Equity Capital Markets team is a core business of SCB/INVX's Investment Banking and Capital Markets capabilities and is responsible for the origination and execution of equity capital markets transactions, including equity linked transactions, for our clients and stakeholders.

Job Descriptions:

Assist in identifying and targeting new business opportunities

Develop/define equity offering strategies and appropriately communicate and advise corporate clients

Support senior bankers on equity transaction execution and new business origination

Develop / maintain institutional investor relationships that can be leveraged to market transactions and provide client feedback in deal and non-deal settings

Maintain real-time capital market knowledge and macro and microeconomic themes that drive equity markets and investor sentiment

Develop and maintain equity marketing materials

Develop and maintain relationships with other business partners such as other domestic banks, international banks, legal advisers, audit firm, PR advisers etc

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. Master Degree from international universities is a plus.

At least 5 years working experience preferably - Finance related fields (investment banking, capital markets, research analyst, institutional sales, portfolio manager)

Good command of written and spoken English

Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and analytical skills

Result-oriented with pro-active and positive attitude

Good teamwork attitude

Passionate about capital markets, especially equity markets.
