About the Role
We are looking for an
ERP & IT Systems Engineer to support and improve our ERP system, internal applications, databases, and IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting business users, and driving system improvements that help the organization operate more efficiently.
Job Description
- Support, maintain, and enhance ERP systems to ensure smooth business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP, application, and IT-related issues.
- Develop and maintain internal applications and automation tools using C# and VBA.
- Manage SQL databases, including data maintenance, performance optimization, and security.
- Support IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, computers, and related equipment.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with external vendors for software, hardware, and IT-related projects.
- Assist with system implementation, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
- Provide user training and technical guidance when required.
- Support digital transformation and business improvement initiatives.
Qualification
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 yearsof experience in ERP systems, application support, software development, database administration, IT support, or related areas.
Technical Skills
Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:
- ERP implementation, support, or administration
- C# application development
- VBA programming and automation
- SQL database management and optimization
- Microsoft technologies and system administration
- Network, server, and IT infrastructure support
- System troubleshooting and technical support
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
