Role Description
This is a full-time on-site ERP Consultant role based in Bangkok, Thailand. The ERP Consultant will support day-to-day implementation projects, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions usingMicrosoft Dynamics 365 ERP platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and/or Business Central). The role involves gathering and translating client requirements into functional designs, configuring and optimizing ERP workflows, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with related systems. You will identify and address client needs, streamline end-to-end processes, and provide business, technical, and financial insights to ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement of the ERP solution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or business administration
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn ERP software and new technologies
- For Junior:Open to fresh graduates or those with relevant non-consulting experience
- For Senior:2-5 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably in a consulting firm
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and gather requirements
- Participate in ERP system setup, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
- Document ERP processes and create training materials
- Provide end-user support during and after implementation
- For Senior:Lead solution design, monitor quality of deliverables, and guide junior team members
