Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Track and control project progress (plan vs. actual)
- Coordinate resources across internal IS teams, external vendors, and business users
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Make project decisions and provide direction on behalf of the supervisor
- Identify potential risks and recommend cost optimization strategies
Long-Term Development
- Initially focus on successful delivery of the ERP migration project
- Upon project completion:
- Take on responsibility for managing the IS application team under the supervision of the IS General Manager
- Positioned as a potential successor to the IS General Manager role upon retirement of the current incumbent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a System Engineer
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or equivalent English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects
