Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client
Ensure alignment of project scope, objectives with client expectations
Able to identify resources or tasks needed for the project
Serve as main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement cycle (onboarding)
Provide project updates via meetings or emails
Able to manage client expectations and ensure any changes are clearly communicated and documented
Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and send progress reports for clients and senior leaders
Support client onboarding and software handover by organizing and gathering client needs and facilitating software walkthrough/client training
Review, process, and respond to client queries within the turn-around-time as defined by the team goals
Track and monitor developments and trends on ESG reporting requirements in the markets/jurisdictions covered by the team
Participate in, and contribute to further development of processes and improvements in the ESG product offering by collaborating with colleagues within the team as well as from other departments such as IT, Marketing, etc.
Support overall team goals by taking ownership of production targets, delivering required output of high quality, and ensuring that deadlines are met
Provide internal support by contributing to periodic training sessions to develop the teams knowledge base
Qualifications
Education
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree e.g. Business, International Development/ Relations, Social Science, Interdisciplinary Studies etc. (a degree in Sustainability or any relevant field such as Environmental Science or International Human Rights is good to have, but not required)
Experience
Has at least 2-3 years of professional experience in project management for SaaS product
Has superior Client-Facing Skills.
Proven ability to define a clear Statement of Work (SOW), and manage client expectations regarding changes, costs, and timelines.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactive identification, documentation, and mitigation of project risks (e.g., resource conflicts, technical dependencies, client delays) and effective management of issues and escalations.
SaaS/Software Implementation Experience: At least 3-5 years of direct experience managing B2B software, ERP, CRM, or specialized SaaS platform implementations from kick-off to Go-Live is a plus.
Exceptional Communication: Mastery of written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate project status, complex technical issues, and risks clearly to both technical teams and executive-level clients (Stakeholder Management).
Leadership & Conflict Resolution: The ability to motivate and lead a diverse, cross-functional team (developers, consultants, client leads) and to act as a neutral party to resolve conflicts both internal and external.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Projects rarely go perfectly. The PM must be flexible and an effective problem-solver, quickly devising creative solutions for unexpected technical roadblocks or client-side resource constraints.
Some Knowledge on ESG reporting requirements such as annual and sustainability reports
Experience in issuer/client communication and working with teams across different geographies is preferred.
Skill/Certifications/Languages
Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
