Job Description
We are looking for an Esports Operations Associate to support Delta Force (DF) esports tournaments, community engagement, and partner coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about FPS games, understands the esports scene, and can turn competitive matches into engaging entertainment content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute DF esports tournaments, around 2–3 tournaments per quarter.
- Manage esports marketing campaigns and social channels to drive viewership and community engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with esports clubs, teams, and partners.
- Coordinate with players, pro teams, creators, and influencers for smooth tournament participation.
- Create engaging tournament concepts, storylines, formats, and scripts to make matches more entertaining.
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of the esports industry, especially Delta Force (DF), or other FPS competitive scenes.
- Active interest in DF or tactical FPS games.
- Good English communication skills for working with regional/global teams and partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with players, creators, influencers, and esports organizations.
- Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative, fun, and up to date with gaming trends, meme culture, community topics, and esports content.
