The Company

Our client in the semiconductor sector is currently looking for an experienced sales operations analyst to manage the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process.

The Role

The role is a customer-facing role that partners closely with the Asia Sales organization to manage the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process. The responsibilities include supporting quotations and order acceptance, reviewing commercial and contractual terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls, and managing customer orders from quote, build, and shipment through invoicing and revenue recognition. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with customers, Sales, factories, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely order execution. The role also monitors shipment backlog, identifies order and revenue risks, and supports revenue management, including Letter of Credit operations, in accordance with IFRS 15 and applicable regulations.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Order Management, or a similar role preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and an effective communicator, with strong prioritization, teamwork, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, and the ability to remain professional and perform effectively under pressure.
