Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to evaluate and ensure product compliance with flushing standards across all countries, provide technical guidance to the team, and control the accuracy of evaluation processes. The role contributes to the development of high-quality NPD documentation, supports design corrections, and ensures smooth coordination with related teams for successful new product introduction.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and guide line to the team for the Flushing all country standard.
- Ensures the best methods in the evaluation stage and following the correct procedure to achieve NPD Document for New product.
- Control the accuracy of the all Dimension check.
- Coordinates with the Pro E & Modeling team and Product service team to correct the Drawing, Installation location and complete all requirements.
- Maintain the good quality of tools and equipment for evaluation / flushing tests in the NPD area.
- Ensure to keep and control the shortest possible time for productivity purposes and to keep the timetable for the process during coordinate/ work together with the QA Mfg team.
- In-charge in troubleshooting the new product for any technical issues and other related country standard issues ensuring a smooth and correct process.
Qualifications
- Engineering graduate or background is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in evaluation/ flushing under the most Country standard.
- Knowledge in ceramics or sanitary wares is a plus point.
- Good command of English, conversational and writing skills.
- MS Office Google apps literate.
