We're looking for an Event & Brand Experience Director a strategic yet hands-on leader who can turn creative ideas into powerful real-world experiences.
This role oversees the entire lifecycle of brand experience projects from concept and strategy to production and on-site execution ensuring every touchpoint strengthens brand engagement and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall brand experience strategy and direction in line with company and client goals.
- Develop creative event concepts that strengthen brand identity and engagement.
- Partner with clients as a trusted advisor understanding needs, building relationships, and driving new opportunities.
- Oversee project delivery from planning to on-site execution, ensuring high quality and seamless coordination.
- Manage and mentor the Brand Experience team, inspiring creativity and accountability.
- Control budgets and vendor operations to deliver efficient, on-time, and on-brand outcomes.
- Evaluate performance and ROI to enhance future campaigns and business growth.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in brand experience, experiential marketing, or integrated campaign management.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale events and multi-functional teams.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Excellent communication in Thai and English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in automotive, technology, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of production, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Ability to translate creative ideas into measurable business outcomes.
