Position: Project Manager / Project Director Event & Exhibition

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage event and exhibition projects from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Supervise design, production, and on-site installation activities.
- Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare post-event reports and analyze project performance for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years (Manager) / 10+ years (Director) of experience in managing events, exhibitions, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of production, AV, and exhibition design processes is an advantage.
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
