Position: Project Manager / Project Director Event & Exhibition

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage event and exhibition projects from planning to execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Supervise design, production, and on-site installation activities.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare post-event reports and analyze project performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years (Manager) / 10+ years (Director) of experience in managing events, exhibitions, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of production, AV, and exhibition design processes is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
