Role Description

Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing operational departments events & experience related opportunities that is not handled by the Sales & Marketing department.

Actively up-sells & manages each business opportunity for in house events and activities to maximize guest experiences & revenue opportunities through in-house guests as well as hot zone sales efforts.

Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customers experience. Provides service to customers to grow the business on behalf of Andara Resort & Villas.

Ensures all operational department activities and informations are kept updated and consolidated as Sales Kits / brochures / Online or others which include all resort up selling possibilities listed in detail; Food & Beverage, Silks Catering, Pool, Gym & Recreation, Kidz Club, Spa or others.

Participates in engaging and consolidating the operational marketing calendar ensuring materials are provided upfront for sales to sell, may it be online during room bookings or other pop-up optional room add-ons as well as other marketing opportunities.

Drives personalized engagements with employees and guests alike ensuring no opportunity is left open. May it be during employee training, in villa or residence check in, in-Villa visits or others ensuring all guests are met and introduced to our programs in a delicate manner whilst a daily meet & greet during breakfast will strengthen the relationship.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning, Coordination, and Execution skills
  • Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills
  • Good people relations, people management, and customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to train others and public speaking
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Previous experience in hospitality or luxury event management is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Fluent in Thai & English (both written and spoken).
