Role Overview
This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for planning and executing event marketing initiatives, including client salons, brand events, and philanthropic programs. The focus is on driving user engagement and increasing event participation.
Building on existing event frameworks, you will continuously optimize event formats and execution effectiveness—managing the full lifecycle from planning and promotion to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
The role also requires strong external partnership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to operate in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
The core objective is not just to execute events, but to create engaging, high-impact touchpoints that enhance brand visibility and audience participation.
Key Responsibilities
Event Marketing & Salon Execution (Core)
- Plan and execute local client salons and offline events (e.g. monthly salons)
- Continuously optimize event formats, themes, and user experience based on existing frameworks
- Lead topic selection, agenda design, and coordination with speakers/guests to ensure strong market appeal
- Design engaging and relevant event concepts aligned with market trends and user interests
User Invitation & Event Promotion (Core Capability)
- Drive event outreach and promotion, including client invitations, community engagement, and channel partnerships
- Design and execute promotional strategies to increase registrations, attendance rates, and engagement quality
- Collaborate with marketing and related teams to expand event exposure and participation
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies and user acquisition channels
End-to-End Event Execution & Coordination
- Manage the full event lifecycle, from planning and resource coordination to execution and post-event review
- Develop execution plans and timelines; coordinate vendors, venues, materials, and on-site teams
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during execution to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and company standards
Data Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze event performance metrics, including registrations, attendance rate, engagement level, and user feedback
- Produce post-event reports to evaluate effectiveness and user behavior
- Continuously refine event strategies, content, and execution based on data insights
- Build reusable best practices and recommendations for future events
Philanthropy Events & External Partnerships
- Support the execution of local philanthropic initiatives, integrating brand objectives into event design
- Leverage philanthropy activities to enhance brand influence and audience engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with local KOLs, communities, institutions, and partners
- Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to align resources and ensure successful execution
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in event execution, marketing, or brand-related roles
- Experience in salons, offline events, or brand activations is preferred
- Familiarity with the local market and event ecosystem is a plus
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
- Fluency in local language, Chinese, and English (spoken and written) to communicate with stakeholders from CN/TW
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multilingual environment
