Event Marketing Officer to join our team. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between our brand and our community through high-impact events and webinars. What You'll Drive
- End-to-End Event Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of marketing activities, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and webinars, to meet quarterly targets.
- Lead Conversion: Optimize the Event-to-Lead conversion rate, ensuring that every activity translates into tangible growth for the business.
- Logistics & Operations: Manage all logistics, including venue booking, speaker coordination, registration systems, and on-site equipment setup.
- Virtual Mastery: Oversee and operate online event tools (Zoom Webinar, MS Teams, Livestreaming) to deliver seamless virtual experiences.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Digital, and Content teams to drive attendance through integrated promotional campaigns.
- On-Site Excellence: Lead on-site operations with a sharp eye for detail, managing real-time challenges to ensure flawless execution.
- Performance Analysis: Post-event data collection and analysis, reporting on attendee satisfaction and lead generation metrics.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in managing both On-ground and Virtual events/webinars.
- Proficiency in webinar platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and event management software.
- Excellent crisis management skills with the ability to think on your feet and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- High physical and mental resilience, with the flexibility to work on weekends (with compensatory leave provided).
- Experience coordinating with agencies, premium venues, or international speakers; English proficiency for international coordination.
