Job Description

We're hiring: Event Planner

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, brand activations, fashion shows, sponsorships, and digital experiences across men's wear brands under I.C.C
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Manager, and Media Planner to ensure event campaigns support overall marketing and commercial strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end event processes — from concept development, budgeting, vendor coordination, production, and on-site execution to post-event evaluation.
  • Collaborate with brand teams and external agencies to design impactful, brand-aligned event concepts that strengthen customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Oversee logistics, timelines, and approvals for each event, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders including mall management, partners, production houses, influencers, and media representatives.
  • Support digital integration of events — live streaming, social media amplification, influencer collaboration, and post-event content recap.
  • Track and report on event performance metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, ROI) and recommend improvements for future activities.
  • Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and ensure all brand events align with corporate and seasonal marketing plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Event Management, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in event planning, brand activation, or marketing campaign coordination, preferably in fashion, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong background in both offline event execution (launches, trade shows, sponsorships) and online/digital events (livestreams, influencer or e-commerce activations).
  • Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for brand storytelling and visual presentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and commercial teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and event management tools; knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook Live, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
