We're looking for a hands-on Event Project Manager (Account Lead) who can manage both client relationships and full event execution.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end — from pitching ideas to leading on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Understand briefs for exhibitions, brand events, and new product launches, develop proposals, and manage approvals
- Handle quotations, contracts, invoicing, and reporting
- Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities
Project & Event Operations
- Lead and manage exhibitions, brand events, and new product launches from planning to execution
- Plan timelines, production schedules, and manpower
- Manage budgets, control costs, and negotiate with vendors
- Lead on-site execution, including setup and event flow
- Solve issues on-site and ensure smooth delivery
- Oversee post-event wrap-up and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in Event management, Event agency, or Event project operations in hotel, etc.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience managing on-site execution and Event exhibitions.
- Good with budgeting (Excel) and project tools (e.g., Asana, Monday. com)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
