Key Responsibilities:
1.Plan and execute brand and product-related marketing events, including launch events, customer activities, motor show/ motor expo, and test drive events, etc.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
3. Manage event budgets and control costs effectively.
4. Support event concept development and communication planning to enhance brand exposure, customer engagement and conversion.
5. Oversee on-site execution and conduct post-event evaluation and reporting.
