Events and Promotions Agents - Part time (Thai-English Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of the company in the marketplace at your designated work locations
• Know the mini vacation package and rewards you are promoting to the public in appreciation of attending a sales presentation.
• Carefully screen and identify qualified guests in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure they meet the criteria for participating in the sales presentation.
• Know the properties, rooms types and facilities and provide customers with accurate and helpful information as needed.
• Handle payment and complete necessary documentation (paper or digital) for package or tour bookings generated during your designated shift
• Assist customers with room bookings and related inquiries.
• Collect all leads into the system
• Ensure sufficient collateral is in good condition and working order
• Ensure your work location is neat and tidy
• Attend scheduled team meetings.
