To assist in administering the daily operations of the administration office by engaging in clerical duties to ensure the office runs smoothly, operation of all reservations in the F&B outlets and other concerned functions
- To have full knowledge of the following: Function room capacities and various setup, available space and rental charge, menus and pricing, guarantee policy, cancellation policy, payment policy, corkage fee, miscellaneous pricing (floral, entertainment, etc.) shipping / received policy. Remain knowledge about resort information and tourist attractions.
- Handles guest inquiries and requests to ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate individuals for appropriate action.
- To work closely with Sales colleagues in respect of request for inspection, or care of walk-in clients.

- To assign in the design and implementation of attractive banquet packages and ways to promote them,
- Conduct site inspections for sales, marketing and events, and take every opportunity to upsell all resort's facilities. Send out the resort information right after the inspection.
- To organize weddings and events that do come to the resort.
- To assist in making the reservation and facilitating all the arrangements for the group.
