Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Group Managing Director. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both professional and personal matters with discretion. The ideal candidate is adaptable, decisive, and thrives in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level administrative and executive support, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
  • Serve as the key liaison between C-level executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring communications are handled professionally and confidentially.
  • Draft, review, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations; maintain accurate and well-structured filing systems.
  • Organize meetings, including agenda preparation, material compilation, minute-taking, and monitoring follow-up actions.
  • Support special projects by conducting research, preparing analysis, and developing reports to aid decision-making.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members.
  • Manage both business and personal matters for the executive, including travel bookings, expense claims, compliance requirements, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 35 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; Thai language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
