Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
Prepare and edit various management reports and documents, such as customer and market analyses and sales reports.
Create and maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and organization of company records.
Attend management meetings, take minutes, and summarize key points for circulation to relevant stakeholders.
Develop and deliver professional presentations to support management's strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies management, vendor coordination, contract drafting/review, and equipment maintenance.
Serve as the primary contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Collaborate with departments to gather, analyze, and present data for management reports.
Assist with budget preparation, expense monitoring, and related administrative tasks.
Perform other administrative or secretarial duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
12 years of relevant experience in Personal Assistant, General Administration, or HR support roles.
English proficiency at an intermediate level or above (TOEIC 650+ preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Benefits
Base salary (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Cash Supplement: Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) = 1,200 Baht/month
5 working days per week from Monday to Friday (8.00-17.00)
Diligent Allowance: pay annually depending on your attendance record: 4,600-9,000 Baht/year
Bonus: Based on annual and company performance
Annual Leave: 6 days (JanuaryDecember 2025)
Medical Allowance: 6,000 Baht/year (OPD and Dental), accumulable up to 18,000 Baht
