Job Description:

  • This role is crucial for driving operational efficiency. A skilled personal assistant (PA) acts as a vital gatekeeper and liaison, filtering priorities and supporting logistics so the MD can focus on high-impact business decisions. Without an Executive Assistant, the MD and some HODs need to allocate their time for administrative work, e.g. visitors itineraries, restaurant bookings, setting meetings with partners, etc.
  • Typical Day-to-Day & Critical Tasks
  • Complex Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively orchestrate the MD's daily, weekly, and monthly agenda; filter high-volume requests and prioritize meetings that align with critical business outcomes.
  • End-to-End Travel Logistics: Manage complex, fluid domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodation, and expense tracking under tight timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central gatekeeper and liaison between the MD and internal department heads, regional teams, and external key stakeholders.
  • Operations: Handle high-volume executive administrative tasks, meeting preparations, agenda drafting, and urgent documentation to ensure seamless workflow execution, including regional visit management.

Must-To-Haves (Required Criteria)

  • Executive Assistant Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience directly supporting C-suite executives or Managing Directors within a fast-paced corporate or tech environment.
  • High-Volume Operations Capability: Proven ability to handle chaotic, fast-moving administrative workloads, complex scheduling, and rapid priority shifts without oversight.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Absolute professional fluency in both written and spoken Thai and English to seamlessly manage local stakeholders and regional executive communications.
  • Exceptional Discretion: A flawless track record of handling highly confidential strategic business data, personnel matters, and market-sensitive information.
  • Qualification and Skill Requirement
  • Stakeholder Management: Superior interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with high-level corporate partners, government officials, and internal regional leaders.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Strong forward-planning skills with the ability to anticipate administrative bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, or travel disruptions before they occur.
  • Tech Literacy: Mastery of modern productivity tools, executive calendars (e.g., Google Workspace/AI usage), and communication platforms used in agile tech setups.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
