We are seeking a high-potential, next-generation HR & GA Manager to operate under the Executive Office, extending from a strategic Executive Assistant function. This role combines HR leadership, General Affairs management, and executive-level coordination, acting as a key interface between the CEO, Group functions, business partners, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is mature, highly professional, fluent in English, and capable of operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Act as a strategic extension of the CEO, coordinating across Group, partners, and internal functions
- Support in business coordination, meetings, follow-ups, and on-site operational matters as needed
- Manage executive communications and ensure professional business conduct across stakeholders
Human Resources Leadership
- Support and implement HR strategy aligned with business and organizational goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Drive next-generation leadership and culture-building programs
General Affairs (GA) Management
- Oversee office operations, facilities, and administrative functions
- Manage vendors, service providers, and internal support teams
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company standards
Cross-Functional & External Coordination
- Serve as a key liaison between Group companies, external partners, and internal departments
- Represent the Executive Office in professional interactions and business engagements
Qualification:
Background
- Experience in Search Firm, Human Resources, General Affairs, or Executive Office environments
- Strong educational background with excellent command of business-level English (spoken and written)
