Job Description

The Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms serves as a strategic partner to the General Manager, overseeing the Rooms Division as well as critical areas such as Security, Sustainability, and property maintenance coordination with Engineering. This role supports the hotel's strategic direction by enhancing operational performance, elevating guest satisfaction, and ensuring the Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel upholds the highest standards of service, safety, and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Rooms Division, preferably at EAM-Rooms or Director of Rooms level.
• Proven experience managing large teams and delivering strong guest satisfaction results.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive cross-departmental initiatives.
