We're Hiring: Executive Assistant / Operations Manager (Hands-On Role)
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
This role is for a highly proactive operator who can step in, figure things out, and keep the business moving without constant direction. You'll be working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days look the same.
If you prefer clear instructions and fixed responsibilities, this role won't be a fit.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll act as a right hand to leadership, handling a mix of operations, coordination, and problem-solving across the business.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and make sure things run smoothly without needing follow-ups
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or issues and fix them proactively
- Coordinate across team members, vendors, and partners to keep everything aligned
- Manage tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple moving parts
- Communicate clearly with leadership, staff, vendors, and customers when needed
- Step into different areas of the business when required (operations, admin, support, etc.)
- Prepare reports, track performance, and surface insights that help decision-making
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in operations, executive support, or a similar hands-on role
- Strong ownership mindset - you don't wait for instructions, you figure things out
- Comfortable working in a small team where responsibilities can change quickly
- Excellent communication - able to adapt your style depending on who you're speaking to
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure and able to handle shifting priorities without dropping the ball
- Resourceful and solution-focused - you find answers instead of escalating problems
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce or online businesses
- Familiarity with tools like Aircall, CheckoutChamp, Excel, Airtable
- Experience improving processes or helping scale operations
