Job Description

Ideal Candidate: A polished, highly professional individual with excellent educational credentials, outstanding communication skills, strong executive presence, Mandarin language capability, and the flexibility to support a CEO in both business and personal matters.

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and day-to-day priorities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, business events, and overseas travel arrangements.
  • Track key initiatives and action items, ensuring timely execution across relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide comprehensive support on both business-related and personal matters of the CEO.
  • Manage ad hoc assignments and respond effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university; overseas education is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives, senior management, or high-profile individuals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly agile, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance, positive personality, and strong executive presence.
  • Flexible with working hours and willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

Preferred Profile

  • International education or multicultural exposure.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable handling complex schedules, frequent travel, and last-minute changes.
  • Service-minded, mature, and highly trustworthy, with the ability to manage both corporate and personal affairs seamlessly.
