Executive Assistant duties
1. Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
2. Organizing meetings and appointments
3. Handling correspondence directed to the CEO
4. Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
5. Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
6. Producing reports and presentations
7. Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve the current system's
job qualifications and requirements
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
2 Proficient in Microsoft Office: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
3 Proactive and energetic with a positive attitude
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Well-developed organizational skills
7. Attention to detail
8. Great verbal and written communication skills
9. Professional discretion
