About Your Role
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the SVP, People & Culture and Corporate Affairs. This role is pivotal in enabling the P&C to drive global people strategies, culture transformation, and corporate affairs initiatives across diverse markets. The EA acts as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless operations, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with the company's vision of fostering inclusivity, innovation, and sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings, board sessions, and external engagements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or operational challenges.
Strategic Coordination
- Support execution of People and Culture, and Corporate Affairs priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Track progress of key initiatives, KPIs, and deliverables; provide updates to the SVP, People & Culture and Corporate Affairs
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with HR, Communications others Internal and external partners.
- Assist in cascading recognition and communication strategies across global teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing P&C and CA with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Draft and edit correspondence, speeches, and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across all regions
Operational Excellence
- Organize leadership offsites, town halls, and employee engagement events.
- Maintain systems for document management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
- Support compliance with labor laws, corporate governance, and sustainability commitments.
