Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead and manage our kitchen operations. This role is responsible for overseeing menu planning, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate possesses a strong combination of creativity, leadership, and deep culinary expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food across all outlets. Develop and standardize recipes, presentation, and portion control in line with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Ensure all culinary operations align with company standards and brand requirements. Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage food cost, wastage, and inventory to meet budget targets. Monitor purchasing, supplier quality, and pricing to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and audit requirements (e.g., HACCP). Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety in all kitchen areas.
- Establish and monitor kitchen processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and consistency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in 5-star hotels.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Creative approach to food design and menu innovation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
