Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok. The Executive Chef (Local Thai) will oversee culinary operations, specializing in international cuisine, while managing kitchen staff and maintaining high-quality dish standards. Responsibilities include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, supervising food preparation, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• Expertise in culinary techniques, recipe development, and innovative presentation
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and kitchen operational skills
• Experience in food safety protocols and inventory management
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities, including menu development and budgeting
• Proficiency in maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction and quality assurance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Prior experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior chef role, preferably in an international hotel chain or restaurant environment
• Relevant culinary degree or certification is preferred
