Executive Chef (Thai Nationality) to lead the culinary operations of our luxury five-star resort. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with exceptional culinary expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence while inspiring and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an international 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
- Strong expertise in Italian fine dining with the ability to develop contemporary, innovative, and high-quality menus.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent culinary execution.
- Strong knowledge of food cost control, recipe costing, menu engineering, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Excellent planning, organization, and administrative skills.
- Experience managing large-scale banquet operations, restaurants,, room service.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of HACCP, food safety regulations, and international hygiene standards.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality systems.
