Overview

Minor Lifestyle is one of Thailand's largest distributors of lifestyle brands, with over 280 points of sale, focusing primarily on fashion and lifestyle products. Its portfolio includes renowned brands such as Bossini, Anello, Charles & Keith, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Joseph Joseph, Minor Smart Kids, and Crash Baggage. Additionally, through a joint venture, Minor Lifestyle has partnered with Pop Mart, a leading global brand specializing in collectible toys and art figures, further expanding its reach into the lifestyle and entertainment segment.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for managing the Minor Plus database on the designated platform. Additionally, they will develop a CRM strategy that leverages data from other high-performing databases within Minor Retail to achieve targeted campaign performance metrics. This will require close collaboration with IT, Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and other relevant business units within Minor. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track CRM performance metrics.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer engagement and retention.

Customer Segmentation

Implement and refine customer segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups.

Use segmentation to tailor marketing campaigns and personalize customer experiences.

Campaign Analysis

Measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Database Management

Ensure the CRM database is accurate, up-to-date, and well-maintained.

Work with IT team to improve data quality and integration.

Regularly clean and validate data to ensure its accuracy and integrity.

Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.

Develop and implement processes for regular data cleaning and validation.

Ensure data hygiene by maintaining consistent data standards and protocols.

Collaboration

Work closely with brand marketing, operation , sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.

Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for CRM tools and services.

Continuous Improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and data analytics.

Propose and implement improvements to CRM processes and tools.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Experienced as Data Analyst or Business Analyst, CRM & Marketing database management.

High level of proficiency in MS Excel (required) and SQL Language (advantageous)

Perform data analysis with commercial awareness.

Be able to use Power BI and make recommendations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Excellent communication skills.

Team player mindset and hyper collaborative.

The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in CRM analytics or a similar role.

Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel).

Background in FMCG, retail companies or online businesses / e-commerce.
