Job Description:

We are looking for a data-driven and tech-savvy Digital CRM & Loyalty Analyst to support and enhance customer acquisition, retention, and win-back initiatives across Minor Food's brand portfolio. This role involves leveraging customer insights, segmentation strategies, and marketing cloud platforms to deliver personalized, impactful analysis and campaigns to increase business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designed and implemented an easy-to-read CRM data dashboard.
  • Perform data analysis on customer behavior and transactional patterns from internal databases to extract insights and identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute CRM and loyalty campaigns to acquire, retain, and re-engage customers using data-driven strategies.
  • Set up and manage customer segments using customer engagement platforms (CEP).
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and member behavior movement using data visualization tools, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand teams, data analysts, and tech teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM Data Analytics or related areas.
  • Proficient in SQL with a strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Proficient in data visualization tool, such as Power BI, Tableau etc., is a must.
  • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills are essential.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
